Attack of Zion
Mr. 10 - Allan dela Ruedz
My entry is based on the usual scenes in the Gundam series. I used three model kits: 1/100 Gundam, Zaku, Gouf, and Zaku Sniper, as well as a GM Ground Type. The concept revolves around the EFSF fuel depot being attacked by the Zeon forces. The base has sustained heavy damage due to the attack, especially the jet pod of the Zaku Sniper.
I added LED lamp posts and placed LEDs on top of the antennas, as well as LED lights for the mono eyes of the model kits. Even the cotton filter features LED lights to create a smoke effect for the Gatling gun and missile launcher.
The entire diorama has been meticulously weathered, including blast burn effects and oil mist leaks. This entry was particularly challenging for me, but I gave it my all for the GBWC event.
