    The Company established this privacy policy regarding the treatment of Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with our services.     • for the delivery of prizes

    • for maintaining and improving service quality, and detecting and preventing fraud against you

    for management of our personalized advertising and personalization of the content, offers, advertising, and experiences for you

    Performance of contract: The processing of your Personal Information may be necessary in relation to the contract we have entered into with you or to provide our services to you.
    Lawful interests: The processing of your Personal Information is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

  4. Data Retention

    We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. In particular, we would retain your personal information for 12-18 months after the GUNPLA BUILDERS WORLD CUP 11th TOURNAMENT in order to publish participants’ work. For log data, it is deleted after the delivery of all prizes.
    We will also retain your Personal Information for as long as necessar to verify your participation in previous tournaments until the next tournament; to respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
    We will retain personal data for our personalized advertising for one year from the time when the relevant cookie is set or until you withdraw your consent.
    We will retain personal data for analyzation of your use of our website for 26 months.

  5. Efforts to Protect Personal Information

    The Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding the handling of Personal Information.
    When it becomes necessary to use the Personal Information beyond the scope of the purposes as described in Article 1 of this Privacy Policy, the Company will inform you of the new purpose of use and will only use Personal Information for such new use after having obtained consent from you.
    The Company will take appropriate measures to prevent illegal access to, tampering with, or loss, destruction, or leakage of Personal Information.
    In the event that the Company outsources processing of Personal Information to any third party, the Company will conclude necessary contracts with and/or perform appropriate supervision of all such third parties. The Company would maintain a list of any personal data disclosures to third parties.
    When you to whom the Personal Information is related, requests the Company to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete such your own Personal Information in writing, the Company will take appropriate measures to do so after having confirmed that you are the subject person of the Personal Information about which the request was made.

    • If disclosure is permitted under any laws and regulations
    • If Personal Information is provided to any outsourcing contractor after having concluded a contract beforehand to ensure that the Personal Information is not used for any purpose other than for the outsourced services

    • If disclosure is necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the services

    The Company does not knowingly request or collect Personal Information from minor under the age of 18 without the consent from parent or guardian. If the Company becomes aware that a minor under the age of 18 has submitted Personal Information through this site without the consent from parent or guardian, the Company will take all reasonable measures to delete such information and will not use such information, except for as required by law.
