Article 1 Regarding Terms of Use

1. When using THE GUNDAM BASE VIRTUAL WORLD Official Site (hereinafter referred to as the site), you must comply with THE GUNDAM BASE VIRTUAL WORLD Official Site Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “terms”) as stipulated by Bandai Spirits Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company). 
2. These terms were established by the Company to ensure smooth operation of the site. Users who access the site from their PC with a designated operating system must agree to these terms, and its use is only permissible so long as the user complies with displayed guidelines, rules, notes, and notifications. 
3. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend these terms at any time and for any reason. 
4. Pursuant to amended terms as outlined in the preceding paragraph, amendment notifications will appear on the website, and the Company will consider use of the site following any such notification to be undertaken with the user in full agreement to all terms and conditions outlined in said amendments. 
5. The Company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by the user for their failure to confirm amendments to the terms and conditions. 
6. If the user is a minor, their use of the site is contingent upon consent from a parent or legal guardian, including consent to the provisions of this agreement.

Article 2 Terms of Use and Rights

1. The user accesses this site at their own risk. This site does not guarantee compatibility with all devices and platforms.
2. The user is responsible for any platform and data-usage costs incurred when accessing this site.
3. All copyrights (including rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act), other intellectual property rights related to this site, and all content and usage data provided to the user through this site, belong to the Company or a third party from whom the Company obtained permission to use. No rights are transferred to the user and the user agrees their use is limited to the terms outlined herein.
4. Use of content outlined in the preceding paragraph is non-exclusively licensed by the Company for personal and non-commercial use within the site and in accordance with the terms outlined. Use of content for any other purpose is prohibited.
5. The user agrees the Company reserves the right to modify or alter any specifications, rules, design, audiovisual components, and effects on this site at their discretion.
6. The user agrees to confirm and agree to terms stipulated by separate services when utilizing such designated services on this site (including but not limited to Bandai Namco Id and Premium Bandai).

Article 3 Prohibited Acts

The user shall not engage in the following acts when using this site.

1. Any commercial activity using this site
2. Spreading false information while using this site
3. Illegal activity while using this site
4. Any of the following acts against the Company or third party
   • Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights and interests
   • Acts that infringe on asset and privacy rights
   • Acts of discrimination, slander, or acts that damage honor or credibility
   • Acts that impede or interfere with business
   • The use of another person's account, regardless of consent
   • Any other acts of harassment, regardless of method
5. Criminal activity or acts contrary to public order and morals
6. The disassembly, decompiling, or reverse engineering of the source code, structure, and ideas of this site
7. Duplicating, transmitting, transferring, lending, translating, adapting, altering, destroying, or combining this site with other software
8. Reprinting, duplicating, modifying, accumulating, or transferring the content and data of this site
9. Using this site while driving a vehicle or in a dangerous situation where use of this site is inappropriate
10. Transferring or assigning all rights and obligations of the Company to a third party without prior consent from the Company
11. Acts that violate other agreements, laws, or regulations
12. Acts that induce, entice, or encourage a third party to perform any of the aforementioned acts
13. Acts that the Company determine to fall under or possibly fall under any of the aforementioned acts
14. Other acts the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 Penalties for Violations

The Company may request the user stop using the site if the Company determines the user violated any of the provisions of these terms. In this case, the user must follow the stipulated instructions, regardless of any disadvantages or damages incurred. The Company will not be held responsible for losses incurred by the user.

Article 5 User Responsibilities

The user is obligated to resolve any disputes with third parties arising from the user's actions (including prohibited acts) when using this site, and is responsible for any possible expenses. If the Company or any third party suffer damages resulting from such a dispute, the user is responsible for any pertinent compensation.

Article 6 Site Modifications and Changes

1. The Company reserves the right to modify or change any or all components of this site at any time without prior notice or consent from the user.
2. The Company reserves the right to terminate any or all components of this site at any time and at their discretion. Additionally, in the following cases, the Company reserves the right to suspend any or all of the provisions related to the site, without prior notice or consent from the user. In this case, the Company will announce or notify the user in advance by a method that we deem appropriate. However, this shall not apply in case of emergency.
   • In the event of a natural disaster
   • In the event of a social disturbance, labor strike, or similar occurrence
   • In the event of a fire, power outage, or other unforeseen accident
   • In the event of internet connectivity failure
   • When performing regular maintenance on the resources and assets necessary to maintain the site
   • Other cases where the Company deems it necessary to suspend use of the site

Article 7 Disclaimer

1. The Company makes no guarantees for any of the following circumstances.
   • Completeness, accuracy, etc., of provided information
   • Uninterrupted use of this site in any environment
   • Reflection of data usage
   • Accessibility and operation on any platform
   • The absence of flaws, errors, or defects on the site
   • The permanent existence of this site, its content, and the means of access (including, but not limited to, perpetual access to this site in the future)
2. The Company bears no responsibility for any damages suffered by the user or third party due to the unavailability of all or part of the site, regardless of the cause, and including the points listed in the preceding paragraph outlining non-guaranteed circumstances.
3. In addition to the preceding paragraph, the Company is not liable for any damages to the user that are caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
4. Notwithstanding the terms of this agreement, use of this site falls under the stipulations of a consumer contract in the Consumer Contract Act. If the user suffers damage due to the Company's default on a debt or illegal activity, the Company will indemnify the user for the amount of damage incurred. However, if the Company is found to be intentionally grossly negligent, compensation with no set upper limit is possible.

Article 8 Privacy Policy

The Company will strictly manage the personal information of users collected through the site based on the separately outlined "Policies on Handling Personal Information". The company uses the information provided by users for customer support and site operation.

Article 9 Separable Term Conditions

In the event a term, or portion of a term, is invalid under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of a partially invalidated term, and all other still-valid terms, remain in full effect.

Article 10 Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

The site and all relevant terms fall under the governance of Japanese law and will be interpreted as such.
In the event a lawsuit arises between the user and the Company regarding this site and this agreement, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first hearing.
