- We cannot assist with inquiries about products other than Bandai plastic models.
- We can only respond to inquiries about purchases made in Japan.We cannot respond to inquiries about mail-order purchases via the internet or the like.
- We can only respond in Japanese or English.
- For all customer service inquiries, you will be asked to submit images (pictures) of your receipt and of the product about which you are inquiring.
- Images(pictures) of your receipt and the product about which you are inquiring are required for customer service inquiries
- The Images(pictures) must be 1 MB or smaller.
- A sample of the images(pictures) ishere.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement.
We cannot offer refunds. - We may not be able to respond to all product or customer inquiries.
- We will only accept customer service inquiries within six months of a purchase.
- We read all comments and questions, however there may be occasions when we can not reply.
- In the event a product is mailed to a customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to note and follow local laws regarding import restrictions. In the event that customs fees or other duties are levied, or the product is confiscated, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- You must provide correct information for yourself; the use of other people’s names or addresses is strictly prohibited.
≪Regarding Shipping Parts≫
- We reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations, and in such cases will not be able to accommodate requests.
- Any information collected from customers will be used solely for customer service purposes, and will not be used for any other purposes without prior permission.
