Isekai e no geto! Jiku o koeru tatakai!
Hajime Model Studio
Amuro Ray and char Aznabale are one of the most recognized pair in Gundam lore, and by consequence, the various mobile suits they have piloted have become legendary in different media, starting with the Zaku II and RX-78 Gundam of the orginal TV anime, the RX-93 and Sazabi from the movie Chars Counterattack, and the Hi-Nu Gundam and Nightingale in the novel Bletorchika's Children, all one and the same, across both space and time, and other dimensions.
My work represents the continuos battle across the multiverse between these two, through different versions of the machines they pilot, even when transported to another world through a portal, their fight continues.
I sed all 1-144 scale figures as I knew it had to fit the half meter cube size allowed int he regulations, with the Nightingale being the biggest, I would need to taker advantage of all that space. The RX-78 and RX-93 are on the same side as they belong to the anime universe, along with the Zaku and Sazabi, fighting as they go through the magical portal and emerge as the Hi-Nu and Nightingale from the novel universe. I choose to keep the classic color scheme for all the kits so people can easily identify them as Gundam. I scribed in more detail, especially on the wings of the Nightingale. Color changing LEDs were installed along with wireless and wired LEDs for the thrusters. All electronics are hidden under the stair case. The beam effect that shoots through the Nightingale is from an old christmas decor.
The portal itself was made by pouring epoxy resin on a clear piece of acrylic on a metal frame, and then rotating the whole diorama to pour the other side.
