My training 1

Today it is windy and rainy in JPN, so wave condition is too bad....
I decided to go to gym for my muscle! This is training and food menu as below.
--Training menu--
1 BENCH PRESS (for chest muscle)
2 ARM CURL (for biceps brachii)
3 PUSH UP (for triceps brachii)
4 SHOULDER PRESS (for deltoid muscle)
5 SHURUGG (for cowl muscle)
6 ROTARY TOSO (for AB espesially side parts)
7 LEG AB (for AB especially lower parts)
8 AB (for AB espesially upper parts)
9 BACK ROW (for muscle of back)
10 LEG PRESS (for musculus quadriceps femoris and soleus muscle)
11 SWIMMING (1,000m)
12 STEAM ROOM (10sec)
13 STRETCHING
--Food menu--
BREAK FAST 2pcs of rice ball
LUNCH chicken, rice and vegetables
DINNER beef, rice, vegetables and egg
SUPPLYMENT amino acid 5.0g
I have not trained for 3 weeks. After finish today's training, I could not shampoo my head because I could not lift my arms in muscle ache! CAUTIOIN--too much training busts up your normal life.
I think you want to ask me why do you traine many time.
MUSCLE IS FOR MAKING MODEL KITS!! This is my answer.
I would like to make out by using some pictures.

You can see the rising up forearm muscle. This shows that this muscle necessary when you graspe nipper.

When you spray to model kits, deltoid muscle must be active mode. This means this action (spraing) needs to deltoid muscle!
I think you can understand that relationship the muscle between making model kits. So be sure of training every day.
